What's included?

Who handles bookings and payments?
You do. You keep your own clients, set your own prices, use your own booking platform and accept your own payments. BARE charges no commission on your services.
Do I need a license and insurance?
Yes. Renters must hold the appropriate active Colorado license for their services and carry their own professional liability insurance. We'll review details with you during the application.
